Shipping policy

We aim to ship out items out within 2 working days — please note weekends are therefore not included in this period.

Once shipped out to you, orders from within the UK are estimated to take up to 3 working days to reach you. We send UK orders out via first class Royal Mail.

International orders are shipped via International Standard unless otherwise selected by the buyer, and once shipped out may take up to 7 working days to reach you.

Occasionally international orders may be delayed at customs for reasons beyond our control. We take all measures to seek to ensure that items are not delayed due to customs. However, if this does happy we ask that customers allow a grace period of up to 14 additional working days for the item to arrive. If an item was ordered for a specific date and is delayed at customs, arriving too late for the purpose intended by the buyer, we will refund the item excluding shipping costs upon its safe return to us in its original condition.
