Ethel 18ct Gypsy Ruby and Seed Pearl Victorian Ring

An antique 18ct gold Victorian ruby and seed pearl gypsy ring. In beautiful condition, this antique piece features 5 dainty seed pearls and two rubies. It is marked for both 15 and 18ct, having had work done throughout its history.

Hallmarks: hallmarks present for 15ct and 18ct gold (due to work having been done) and Birmingham, year mark obscured but appearing to show 1897-98.
Condition: with scratches consistent with age and wear of an 18ct gold piece (18ct being softer than lower grade gold), some marks and partially obscured hallmarks due to past re-sizing or other work.
